Dramatherapy is a form of therapy that incorporates drama techniques. It is a place to set goals, tell stories, solve problems and purge emotions.
Don't be afraid to ask for help!
It's a bit like in the movies or in TV series: you make an appointment with a counsellor, you sit in a chair and you talk. Talking can change your outlook, reduce your distress and make you feel better about your situation. Your counsellor will provide you with relevant information about your friend's or loved one's mental health issue and equip you with tools to deal with the challenges.
If you ever have questions, whether about mental health in general or about a family member's or friend's mental health issue, don't hesitate to text us! We're here for you! We're here for you so you can better understand mental health and take the right steps to take care of yourself.
