This group offers information and a safe space to share the impact of bipolar disorder and psychosis on the family life.

This support group helps families cope with the emotional and behavioral difficulties associated with borderline personality disorder (BPD).

This support group is a safe space where parents can share their experience of raising an anxious child, exchange ideas and strategies, and reduce isolation. The support group is facilitated by a counselor.

A series of 7 bilingual workshops to connect with yourself, take care of yourself and share with others. This group is a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can explore the themes that the art therapist will suggest.
