Express yourself!

Art therapy involves the creation and exploration of artistic productions with an art therapist.  It allows for the expression of emotions in a safe and welcoming space, even when you can't find the words.  No talent or knowledge of art is necessary to benefit.

Dramatherapy

Don't be afraid of your emotions!

Dramatherapy is a form of therapy that incorporates drama techniques. It is a place to set goals, tell stories, solve problems and purge emotions.

Counselling

Don't be afraid to ask for help!

It's a bit like in the movies or in TV series: you make an appointment with a counsellor, you sit in a chair and you talk. Talking can change your outlook, reduce your distress and make you feel better about your situation. Your counsellor will provide you with relevant information about your friend's or loved one's mental health issue and equip you with tools to deal with the challenges.
