The support group is facilitated by a counselor.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<h4>Support group<\/h4><h2>Dramatherapy<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>It is an active and creative way to connect with yourself and others, with a community of people going through similar issues, to explore interpersonal relationships and the roles you take on in your life and the life of your loved ones.<\/p>\n<p>No theater experience necessary.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<h4>Support group<\/h4><h2>Male Caregivers <\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>This support group is a safe place for men of all ages to come together to share, discuss and reflect on issues that affect them and their loved one with a mental health issues.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<h4>Support group<\/h4><h2>Art Therapy <\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>A series of 7 bilingual workshops to connect with yourself, take care of yourself and share with others. This group is a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can explore the themes that the art therapist will suggest.<\/p>\n<p>No art skills or knowledge necessary.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<h4>In collaboration with the West Island Crisis Centre<\/h4><h2>Caf\u00e9 Proche Aidance<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Join us to connect and chat over a cup of coffee!<\/p>\n<p>In a warm and welcoming space, you will have the opportunity to exchange with other caregivers, discuss mental health with professionals, and help break down stigma.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<h4>Support group for parents of<\/h4><h2>teens living with mental health problems (25 and under)<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>This group offers a safe space to connect with other parents of children aged 25 and under, share experiences, reduce isolation, and receive meaningful support.
