Whether you are a parent, partner, sibling, child, or a close friend, we provide short- or medium-term counselling tailored to your unique needs and situation.\nOur one-on-one or family sessions are available to adults, teenagers, and children. These sessions help participants develop effective <strong>coping strategies<\/strong>, <strong>express their emotions<\/strong>, and <strong>gain practical tools<\/strong> to navigate the challenges of supporting a loved one with mental health difficulties.\nEach session is personalized: our mental health counsellors adapt their approach to the specific concerns and realities of every family member or member of the support network, with <strong>compassion, professionalism, and confidentiality<\/strong>.\n\t\t<h2>Counselling:<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>We offer individual and family counselling to support family members, friends, and loved ones of someone living with (or suspected of having) a mental health issue. A family peer support worker is trained to offer you human support based on their own experience and experiential knowledge.
